From Attic to Retreat
In this project, a former attic was transformed into a functional yet atmospheric bedroom with an integrated wardrobe.
The existing staircase was extended and seamlessly incorporated into the overall design. Carefully placed furniture elements gave the space a clear structure: areas beneath the sloping roof, previously of little use, were turned into valuable storage through custom-built cabinetry. A generous wardrobe defines the room, creating a distinct separation between arrival and retreat.

The custom-designed bedroom ensemble, featuring a bed and nightstands in oak veneer, forms the centerpiece of the new space. With its striking warmth, it sets a deliberate accent and creates an inviting atmosphere.
Through architectural restructuring, the thoughtful use of furniture elements, and the choice of materials, an intimate retreat was created – combining functionality and spatial quality in a unique way.
